Pros

Modular is the industry leader in fleet management technology in mining. Mining industry is still booming. This is a good time to join the company where the jobs are relatively stable. The company uses the latest technologies and some projects are very challenging. The salary is above the average and is relatively fair.

Cons

There are not many innovations recently. The company’s culture does not encourage software engineers to think and contribute creatively.

Deal with new technology, Having friends overseas, Had chance to go overseas, learn mining

Cons

Bad career management, Bad man management, lack of product training, often sent to Mine Site without a fix schedule, huge gap of knowledge between people, below average salary compare to company in the same bussines, no performance bonus, Employee often doing tasks that not meant to be their job after they done it there is not any compensation for what they are doing, Bad medical insurance not covering your annual medical check , no leisure time always working.
