- Challenging environment and interesting tasks. - Smart, friendly people - high motivated professionals in different areas. - Opened doors to new knowledge - continuous education.

Cons

- Speaking Portuguese language is mandatory for successful career path. - Technical expertise is not required and hard work ignored. - Strong ability of "bla-bla-bla" skills is more and more valuable. - Visiting mine sites is a must - go and be there until work is done. - Strange bonus program.

Decent salary, generous PTO, interesting product

Cons

Toxic work environment with cliquish co-workers & cult mentality, lack of personal and professional growth, judgmental micro-managers, moving hoops and unreal expectations on project and task deadlines. Management plays favorites and some people can do no wrong. If you don't fit in culturally, you will very soon be gone under guise of constructive dismissal

* You can pretend you work, and you still gonna get paid. * The new CEO is awesome! * Cool open space to work * Work remote options is quite nice * Nice benefits

Cons

* You guys gotta be careful with HR people. They openly gossip about people's issues, which does not generate a good perception of upper management. How would you feel about seeing and upper level HR talking bad stuff about his former CEO? Not good at all right? * There are no real career path for employees, and again, more than local management is an HR issue that hopefully someone can handle or replace the people we have today.
