Directors and Management Far removed from reality; Incorrect people and unqualified people in positions of power; Unable to move on from the past; Have to do more than what is expected (yes whilst growth requires work, you will be doing other peoples jobs as well)

This is a genuinely good company with a lot of really great folks. Some of the software they are currently developing is cutting edge.

Cons

Unfortunately, you may end up working for a supervisor who refuses to adopt modern documentation tools that support single sourcing. So it’s a great place to work if you’re a proponent of the copy / paste school of tech writing.
