Work life balance is excellent, company is full of great people. It's extraordinarily rare that you would be asked to work overtime.

Cons

Most of the time you're doing work for other organizations and there's few in-house products. You don't have control of the direction of your work.

benefits and perks aren't the greatest. small office, few people, and because everyone is contracted out, sometimes there aren't a lot of people in the office
