Pros

They think big and have money to spend.

Cons

Cubical environment makes getting work done very difficult, it can be like a high school cafeteria at times. Management is pretty disconnected from actual needs of staff despite being invested.

Pros

Great place to work. People are kind and friendly, team environment. Leaders are smart and make decisions at reasonable timeframes! Flexible and understanding regarding personal time.

Cons

Promotions don't always make sense. Can be viewed as 'good ole boys' environment at times.

Pros

* Benefits were good. But insurance costs are going up, just like most companies. * 401-K for new employees is great. $1 for $1 up to 6% and fully vested after one year. * 60% employee discount on faucets (limited to 2 a year).

Cons

* The career website claims that they offer a pension, however that is for employees who have been there before 2008. I believe that is when they changed the policy. * I feel really bad for the customer service department. Because non-exempt employees are required to clock in and out every day, the manager of the department takes full advantage of her power. If you're late even a couple of minutes, it's mentioned on the performance review. * No room for growth unless you do some serious kissing up. It's hard because many of the managers have worked in their current positions for years, so it's hard to get mentorship from them to learn something new in a different department. * No raises for long time and when you do receive one, it's never more than 2%. There have been lay-offs (not mass, but still lay-offs) every year, since early 2007. * Way too open of an environment. They don't have traditional cubes so you get to deal with a lot of annoying habits from the people sitting next to you. * Som North Olmsted corporate deparments are not located in the big Moen building. So if you're looking for upper management exposure, then don't plan on working in the Country Club Blvd location.
