Pay is above average with average benefits

Cons

If you are not with in the circle friends to include wives of the plant manager then you will be singled out and ostrisized. The facility is more like high scool reunion then a professional work enviroment.

The work/life balance is great; benefits are fantastic, including vacation and 401k.

Cons

Times are rough for Moen as we've all seen the housing industry plummit. With that said, there is has been one merit increase in 3 years of 1.5%. Politics is beginning to play too large of a role in the company and the teach/grow/promote from within mentality is long-gone. One bad manager can make or break your experience at Moen. You receive more praise and recognition for playing the politics than you do for your actual performance. There is a sense of a "good ole boys" club that is very hard to penetrate, but it's a must if you want to succeed and grow with the company. Once they feel you aren't their "mold," it's as if you don't even exist.
