Pros

There are some very good people to work with. Pay and bonus are good.

Cons

The management of some areas is very poor. They are very political, and only manage up, for their own self interest. Promotions are questionable and based on who you know. Diversification is stressed over qualifications. Departments are disjointed and do not work well together. Little documentation of processes and procedures. New processes and org changes are not implemented well. There is no planning or follow-up of implementation. The affected people are left to figure it out for themselves while the managers are credited for great changes.

Pros

Great place to work. People are kind and friendly, team environment. Leaders are smart and make decisions at reasonable timeframes! Flexible and understanding regarding personal time.

Cons

Promotions don't always make sense. Can be viewed as 'good ole boys' environment at times.
