Good pay, good attitude from upper management , good health care , safe environment and more sometimes bonuses

Not enough time off I’m going on 3 weeks straight I will have a day off then another 3 weeks , we can’t trust them to schedule time off for us and find a balance for work and life ,

Lots of snacks, treats and attempts to bolster morale. Bosses are pleasant while implementing truly cruel work rules.

Cons

Training Program is many months with weekly testing. Fail a test and they fire you. Draconian Attendance Policy. There are ZERO excused absences, most people work sick, so you will be sick all the time. Constant monitoring. They listen to all your phone calls, monitor how long and how often you use the toilet.
