      Pros

      -Meeting new friends - Paid by production ( even though that hardly happened ) - 40 hour work weeks.

      Cons

      - Pay is horrible. If you are a racker you will start off at 8.50 an hour. The work is way too much for such low pay. I made 8.00 an hour working at a Kangaroo doing a lot less than what I was doing at Moen. They want you to work like a dog with little pay. The company Im at now is starting me off at 11/hr and I will be in the same department as I was at Moen. - No AC and it gets HOT in there.

      Great work life balance, the atmosphere was friendly,the work was satisfying , The people there were great to work with

      I didn't see the advancement I was hoping for. I was stuck doing contract work and was not ever hired on full time

      Pros

      Co-workers are great, they are always helpful whenever needed. Flexible Hours. Given opportunities to lead and encouraged to make decisions.

      Cons

      Not really anything I can think of besides sometimes it seems like they are under staffed. I know there are many employment opportunities within the company currently to solve this problem.
