      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Good teamwork. Good cafeteria. Military is appreciated here. HR has an open door policy and usually work with you. You must have a good clean background to work here.

      Cons

      Being overworked and being voluntold to work extra hours up to 12 hours per day. No room for advancement. Management turnover every two or three years. No work life balance.
