Unreasonable expectations, below average pay, upper management does not listen to employees concerns.

Corruption at all levels especially in IT department. The top management all know each other and were transplants from another organization. They take bribes from vendors who take them to extravagant events in return for favors. Shame for a company that provides Medicaid for under privileged folks who live under the poverty line and is funded by the State.
