      Pros

      transportation to job sites is responsibility of company vehicles - no driving your own vehicles

      Cons

      lack of follow-through, lack of training, procrastination in communication, never got copy of paperwork I filled out for employment, unorganized - had to ask what/where. Communication here is NINETY PERCENT SPANISH.

      There were no pros to that job the people were rude and cut throats

      The people and the management were very rude and didnt follow any of there mottos that I had watched a video about when I hired in.
