      taking longer than i expected to become full time associate/route leader

      Pros

      pay is higher than other cleaning companies, but i am not getting very many days. i know its not very busy at the moment, but i can not wait forever for the company to pick up business so i can work more days.

      Cons

      its a demanding job, tons of equipment to carry into the house, worried about scratching a clients car or breaking something in the house when carrying things in/out of house
