Pros

Weekends and holidays off thats pretty much it

Cons

unproffessional disorganised franchise owner is a money grabbing coward of a man who would always lie to you work very late night wit little pay once i didnt leave a clean until 11 o'clock at night working with the two franchise owners they talked about very personal problems and this made me uncomfortable quite a lot the constant lies the fact they still owe me wages and payslips (contacted with no reply) i would witness arguments between the two franchise owners they are married to one another and it was awful the customers were rude because he would over charge cleans and say to us to have them done in an hour took advantage of some customers very negative rude company to work for would never wish that on anyone i was working 25-40 hours some weeks never have i ever got 200 pound from that company once yea i know doesnt make sense ? thats because you dont get paid for any time you are in the car he also wouldn't pay my managers petrol money he owed her like 300 pounds by the time i left. do not be fooled this place is a sham of job and a joke of a business

Pros

Being a school bus driver you can drive your kids to school and of course the children who are assigned to your route!! Part time so you can also do house work prepare dinner for your family it's good for stay at home moms and retired people

Cons

Some charter work which is we're you can make extra money you are not able to bring your own kids with you which means finding babysitters or just not able to make the extra money that the job offers cause you have no bringing your own children policy for charters

Pros

You get a car from management if you'd like to be a route manager as for an assistant you get picked up and dropped off which is nice. Work Mon-Fri with all weekends and holidays off.

Cons

Don't know where to start... Management is god awful. I think Hell would be nicer. They treat you like crap and constantly criticize. If youre early for a client its bad, if you're late its bad. You get 4 houses a day which are 2 hours or more. You make under minimum wage and they don't care at all. I cleaned a house and did the math, $7 an hour... The place was the grossest place I've ever cleaned. No vacation, and sick days? If you want to be chewed out for the next few weeks. Don't plan on making it to any doctors appointments during the day. You get maybe 50 cents for Tim Hortons for every compliment on a house, if you get a complaint don't plan on getting paid next time you clean that house. You work super long hours, 8-6 pretty much. If you have kids, it's not a good idea, no way to get your kid by daycare hours. They don't care how gross the house is or how safe it is. You clean it and throw up into the toilet you just scrubbed. You don't get gloves, masks or anything safety wise. They can't even provide equipment that works properly. Oh and no breaks, you drive all over the city you're assigned with no properly scheduled route so you don't have time if you want to make it home before it's dark. VERY high turnover rate. I've seen at least 10 girls walk out the first few weeks.
