      Pros

      Customers are nice, and always happy to see you. I enjoyed meeting them, and feeling they were happy with their clean home.

      Cons

      Treated horrible, boss lets one about, bullying, off sick with sick note, due back but won’t allow me back, not very well run. Manager dosnt seem to know what she’s doing. Changes the route so your not cleaning for the same customers

      I've worked at Mollymaid 8 years longest I've stayed in a job so must be doing something right 😂 No evenings or weekends managers door is always open weekly pay 💰 we get treats throughout the year birthdays etc regular customers and u get additional furry friends 🐶🐶 to play with lol or in our case bath 🛀 keep up the good work management and teams 🥇🥇🥇

      i literally cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Management treat staff like dirt and don't actually know what they're doing. Paid very little compared to the prices they charge customers.
