Pros

Weekends free. That's about it.

Cons

I worked at Molly maid for 1 week.. During the interview the lady told me I would be paid by the house and not hourly. She said that on an average if you transfer it to hourly it will equal to somewhere around 10-12 dollars an hour. This was not much but I said why not and took it anyway. The managers and coworkers were not professional at all. We're having inappropriate conversations in the office even though it was my first day nobody cared to make a good impression. The girls were not friendly or welcoming at all. Out of all 10-15 girls employed only one spoke to me. The work was hard only off of the strength that the cleaning supplies are cheap. Which requires you to work more. After sweating and being sore that whole week my check was only $200! I knew before payday because I checked my stub online. When I checked my online stub I had to make a security question and change my password.. They told me they did not do paper checks so I had to give them account information. Which I did soon as I started. I quit one day before payday and when I went to check my online stub it wouldn't let me view it. Kept saying my password and security question was wrong. I know what I set my answers to because I always use the same stuff. So obviously someone in the office changed my information. I called asking why my check was not deposited she rushed me and told me she would have to call me back later that day or tomorrow. So I hung up and two hours later I called back and they just offered me a paper check which they should've done in the first place. They were trying to withhold my check, I'm just disgusted with this company

Pros

There are no pros here!

Cons

This company takes advantage of hard working minorities and cheats them out of a minimum wage salary by not paying for time spent going from home to home. The branch I worked for allowed employees to believe that they would receive a paycheck on Christmas Eve then informed them that day they would have to wait until after the holidays. There were crying mothers everywhere distraught that they couldn't give their children a Christmas. When there are people who scrub toilets who work 40 hours and are paid a little over $100 a week, most live paycheck to paycheck. I've never been more disappointed with an employer in my life!

Pros

As home service professionals, we were all trained the same way and very well. I liked that I knew the expectations to pass my certification or test after I first started working. I liked that we had backup in the office if we were lost or confused and that we got to use company cars. I liked that the office posted positive customer comments about our team. Sometimes coworkers would encourage you to leave things you know needed to be done because they wanted to get done faster.

Cons

Sometimes management didn't have our back when things went wrong. Sometimes the girl giving estimates would tell customers that we would do things we weren't supposed to do or give them a cheaper price, which wasn't fair because we did the work and you get paid a percentage of what they charge the customer. Also, they pay you a tiny bit of what they charge the customer, but there's only so much room to grow. We also had negative comments posted PUBLICLY, which was embarrassing. Some people's paychecks bounced. There was a lot of drama and turn around (More the fault of coworkers than the company).
