Poor management No communication Promised hours but ended up with one day a week & only given other days if another member of staff called in sick. Most days told “provisionally off” Manager tells admin staff to deal with her staff. No benefits. Manager ignores messages for days. Always having to chase to find out what work is on as they do not tell you nothing and expect you not to have a life. They refuse to give you your work schedule for the week with hours and locations even-though promised this at the start of the employment. Withholds money if you leave as they want you to send back there uniform (pretty sure you can’t give second hand uniform to someone else) Avoid this company absolutely disgusting, they expect you to work like a dog, badly paid, no breaks, unprofessional, rip customers off, these use dirty clothes don’t rinse the products off just wipe it over with a microfibre clothe that has been used elsewhere around the home and also have used clothes from other homes as the cleaners are not given enough clothes where this has happened several times during my short employment.
