Pros

As a route manager, you get a the car, but that’s just it. You also get to work with a partner and you guys do the work together.

Cons

This place was just unbelievable. Before I got the job I was told I would be working many hours and they made everything seem nice. Some days I only Worked for 1 hour and nothing else. Lots of days I’d be off and they don’t expect you to make plans for your days if you don’t have work. They want you to be on call always and we were barely getting any work.

Pros

Good place to work. No bosses looking over your shoulder all day. Get to use company car out with work.

Cons

Don’t get paid for travelling time in between jobs. Get a percentage of each clean for your wage. So no cleans then no pay.
