Pros

Decent pay, company vehicles, and the rewarding feeling from having satisfied customers.

Cons

No drive time pay, no sick days, if you are sick and call in you may face a 3 day suspension, you're told when you can take the vacation YOU earned, when you face a problem with a customer management doesn't help like they should, they barely maintain their vehicles, play favorites to other employees, the office will close even if teams are still out cleaning (which is ILLEGAL!!) They take out gas money out of your paycheck (also super illegal).

Pros

I learned a lot about cleaning and organization of time. I met some amazing people and enjoyed the experience with the cleaning crew.

Cons

Unfortunately the company was not very organized. The teams spent more time actually traveling from job to job than actually cleaning. So you would be there from 8am to around 7pm and only work about 4-5 hours.

Pros

As home service professionals, we were all trained the same way and very well. I liked that I knew the expectations to pass my certification or test after I first started working. I liked that we had backup in the office if we were lost or confused and that we got to use company cars. I liked that the office posted positive customer comments about our team. Sometimes coworkers would encourage you to leave things you know needed to be done because they wanted to get done faster.

Cons

Sometimes management didn't have our back when things went wrong. Sometimes the girl giving estimates would tell customers that we would do things we weren't supposed to do or give them a cheaper price, which wasn't fair because we did the work and you get paid a percentage of what they charge the customer. Also, they pay you a tiny bit of what they charge the customer, but there's only so much room to grow. We also had negative comments posted PUBLICLY, which was embarrassing. Some people's paychecks bounced. There was a lot of drama and turn around (More the fault of coworkers than the company).
