- inconsistent schedule (they say they offer consistent schedule of 8-6pm. No. everyday get out at different times sometimes late at 8pm by the time I get home Its already 9:30pm no time to do things at home. Oh then wake up for the same thing next morning at 6am to be there on time. - company car provided always have problems sometimes major. - rude office staff except for 2 others. Always have attitude and demanding as if talking to children we are all adults. - draining physically & mentally because of the late nights. - they fail to tell you reality of some houses that are in HORRIBLE CONDITION when only paying us minimum wage if that for them. Only Employees that have been there longer get the good houses that pay $500+ not the new. - company advertises ability to $650 every week but under charges HUGE houses for cleanings. A HUGE house (4 bed, 2 living, dinning, 3 bath, laundry, breakfast nook, game room, carpet, wood floors) also help with trash. Which is ok to clean but with TWO partners for $120?! Outrageous. It should be $300+ because some are BAD. (Feces on floor, extremely dirty) - be prepared to clean horribly dirty homes for about $40 (each you + your partner) -be prepared for surprise move out cleanings Also no benefits at all.
