Pros

The owner gets people flowers for their birthday and she is really good at pretending to care to your face.

Cons

I should have posted this review s while ago, but I was pretty much certain the company was going to go under. Employees are over worked and under paid. When i started i was given a new "denver" rout. This rout ended up requiring over 50 hours a week to complete, and yet my paycheck was never even once a full $500 bucks before taxes. She claimed she was paying me 11.48 an hour, but when i asked her to provide back up for my hours, she refused (az they keep the time sheets locked up after you sign them). She didn't know i was keeping photos of everything and knew what my hours were exactly. She even tried to tell me she was paying me for drive time and over time. What a joke. A 12 year old knows 11.48 an hour X 50 hours a week is a hell of a lot more than $400/week, even without overtime. The lied about what they were paying me, lied about the hours I'd be working (never once got off befpre 6pm. Never. If we ever called that we were done befpre 530, they always forced us to do an extra house). The owner wants to blame the employees for her poor business choices of taking over another company she couldn't manage or afford, then gets mad at her employees for having standards for how they are treated. There is Cattiness with the office staff. One more than one occasion i had compliments from customers that the office staff went back, scribbled out what was said, and tried to write something less complementary. They expect you to carry all the equipment in a very unsafe manner that ended up with me sustaining an injury that took overa year to heal. I would go work somewhere else if i were you. I bailed after 3 months. Kathleen is a terrible, terrible boss and business owner, despite how she pretends to like her employees.

Pros

No weekends or Holidays.

Cons

Very low pay.No benefits. No travel pay and Office Manager can't figure out how to cut down travel time. Scheduling is a joke. 30-40 minutes between homes. Owner automatically takes 30 minutes out of check for lunch even if we don't take a break. I'm pretty sure this is against the law. Supposed to get off by 5pm...that almost never happens. We're basically treated like dogs and thrown a bone every Friday when they bring in breakfast from a gas station. Everyone is scared to speak up because of the Owner's temper. Overbooked, understaffed. New Hire makes 18% commission. Seasoned Employee(8 yrs) 22% of each home cleaned.

Pros

Weekends and holidays off otherwise horrible

Cons

horrible working conditions and the pay is crappy. Shouldn't be comissioned base. For as much hard work as someone has to do it should be hourly.
