Pros
Paid weekly, good pay(only if you put in the work), very nice tips especially during holidays, no weekends but you can volunteer for vacation houses in Saturday’s for extra income
Cons
Strictly commission if there isn’t much work you won’t make much money, some cleans are way under priced, you think you are at your last clean and getting off (supposed to be off by 5) but they add another clean very last minute, the communication in the office is very poor which then makes it harder on teams out in the field when things have already been done or not done, you may have to drive an hour to a clean and an hour back to get to your next and you don’t get paid for that hour or mileage and may not make it to you other cleans so therefore you just made no money
