I really did appreciate this job I love what I do when I'm doing residential cleaning but the company itself is not good

Pros

the best thing about this place is the fact that I myself really love cleaning people's homes and to make them happy makes me happy when I do a good job

Cons

The cons about this job are you work all day long while a person who sits behind a desk takes over 80% of the commission off of the price when you did all the work and you get no benefits and the people are honestly in my opinion rude and hostile
