Cleaning houses that are disgusting, you break it you buy it, no set schedule, holds last check even if you return uniforms, if your new you get the nasty houses and the maids who have been there longer get the easy houses

Pros

You have plenty of time to yourself since you never work. You have to work to make money.

Cons

They steal your commission. There is no work. Don't let them talk you into working for them by saying they are always swamped and need the help. They are never swamped. Customers are so unhappy with the work their employees do that they refuse to hire this company to clean their homes and I don't blame them. I have never seen such a poor job of cleaning in my life. They are all drama queens and pick fights with each other on a daily basis and their cars are going to cause someone to get severely hurt or worse due to decades of zero maintenance. I am embarrassed to say I worked for this company.

Pros

Challenging work in a fun environment. Plenty of autonomy and freedom to work in the manner you want, provided you get your work done and focus on targets. It's a goal driven company with little to no bureaucracy. The liberal vacation policy and free lunch/dinners don't hurt either.

Cons

Less formal structures for onboarding, so a lot of initiative and persistence is required to get comfortable. Typical hours start a little later than 9 & end after 6, so early risers/finishers might have a hard transition.
