Good work, steady work, but hard work

Pros

Most of the people are nice, friendly and work hard. Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. no weekend - unless you want it. good pay. Most customers are very nice and appreciate our work. boss brings breakfast every friday.

Cons

Some days it is hard work. if you are not in shape you will be after a couple weeks. Schedule sometimes changes so you can't plan to leave early or you get to leave early if customer cancel and they don't have another house.

Company Car. Weekly pay check.

Cons

Paid per house. Percentage. Lockouts, Don't get paid drive time in between House's. No Lunch Break.

Pros

Weekly pay...most of the customers give tips also.

Cons

The work is really hard & you have to be basically a perfectionist. The pay is a percentage that is hard to add up yourself & they don't give you any breakdown of your pay...only that you make 18% of all your houses minus taxes.
