This is the worst possible job even if your desperate and really need to make money don't apply at this company. Anyone can do better even if your a maid with no legal documents you will be mistreated and work long hours. The owner of this establishment loves to degrate and humiliate the Spanish speaking employees. He won't allow no one to speak Spanish however most of his staff which is 95% of company speaks only Spanish. They pay you very poorly with no benefits and your not allow to have a lunch however your made to clock out for a lunch.

Cleaning skills I will carry into my personal and professional life

Cons

No incentive to do a good job. I worked here for three years and only once got a customer call back complaint on a house that wasn't on our usual route (because we missed the stairs and didn't know they were part of the house cleaning). Anyway, it's very hard to get time off only two people per day could take off with 46 employees you can forget Holidays.

Long hours. No breaks. No benefits. Compensation according to job description is a lie. High demanding for little (minimum-wage) pay. If your a u.s. citizen, your required to drive a Molly Maid vehicle without compensation.
