Pros

The staff at the Design Store are great people to work with - very interesting and hardworking. The pay is decent for a retail sales job and the benefits are quite good.

Cons

Difficult hours, especially during the holiday season. The only days the store closes are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. The holiday rush is a stressful, but sometimes exciting time.
