Wonderful people, great institution. Challenging, fast paced, great benefits.

Cons

Lots of red tape, very corporate like, not a lot of room for growth in certain departments.

Pros

Incredible environment and small team so lots of responsibility. One of my favourite museums, so it was exciting just being around the team and the space.

Cons

I would come in some days and be the only one there for ages - sometimes a bit too relaxed. There was a time they would hire a lot of interns and make them full time, but I fear that time has now passed, it's tough to get a job there. It's just the current climate everyone in the arts.
