Learn a lot, day goes extremely fast, good resume builder, awesome residents!

Cons

Lack of leadership, blame game played daily, profit focused, extremely poor staff to resident ratio and even worse nurse to resident ratio, expectations of work do not line up with resources provided.

General staff ok, care staff are a good team.

Cons

Not supported by management. Have a habit of throwing staff right under the bus when things go wrong. Not just removed, but black listed and reported.
