      Pros

      The residents aren't as advanced in their dementia than other facilities that i have worked at. The overnight shift is very easy.

      Cons

      Employees call in all the time and you are expected to stay and cover half of their shift. If you are "starred" for that day you HAVE to stay for half of the next shift if someone calls in, or else you will be written up.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities/job openings. If you want to work overtime this is the place. If you enjoy working short staffed, work here.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime always in place. Plan to stay late or come in early. Consistently working short staffed leaves employees working hard but always wanting to be able to do more for residents. No job satisfaction.

      good experience for all cares.

      Cons

      say will work with outside/school schedule but ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT. Harasses employees to pick up hours. Plan to work 12 hours each shift scheduled, if not will get fired.
