There is not one pro.

Cons

This company bought the nursing home i worked at. Everything just got worse. Terrible communication, lack of leadership/direction/ethics. Bad staffing ration, sometimes one aide per floor. Terrible benefits.

Gossip Mill - Very few employees here are friendly or nice. They act like new employees are out to steel their job.
