As someone who had worked in the same job for years, it was difficult starting somewhere new. I didn't realize how much I could enjoy my work until I started here. Working with amazing teams, supportive leadership, and generally good people has been an incredible change. My work at Monarch is more than just a job, it is a career!

Cons

Monarch has seen rapid growth over the last few years. Sometimes it feels like the systems and the staff need to take a moment to catch up to being a large company.
