Very hands on at any level at Monarch from asset management to the investing world. There is no shortage of what the day-to-day will entail, which keeps the job exciting. Constant mentorship and learning, no matter what level you are at Monarch. Hard work is rewarded both from a job security and compensation stand point.

Cons

Long hours, so if you are looking for a consistent only 9-5 and just want to get by, Monarch isn't the place for you.
