The only con I have is that they had to sell the property I am working at so I can't work with them anymore.

I have worked for monarch for just over a year and am loving it! Everyone has been incredibly helpful and supportive onsite and at the corporate level. I could tell right away that they invest in their employees intentionally and have learned so much on account of that. There is a broad range of perks and benefits that are really cool and appeal to everyone. They fully staff their sites, provide all the necessary resources to succeed and genuinely care about the residents.

Although it has only been a year, I have no complaints so far!
