      Pros

      The environment is very friendly, the people are great. That said, it's also a very fast-paced environment, and it keeps you on your toes. The benefits offered to employees are great, much better than I could have imagined when I started.

      Cons

      Drama. The property management industry is filled with it. Some people can't take responsibility for their own shortcomings, and want to point the blame toward others. It's not hard to spot someone who's not doing their job... it's typically the person making excuses and deflecting blame.

      Benefits (Health, Dental, PTO) are excellent/fair Upper Management very laid back and fun (Can also be a con. see below) Fair pay scale for industry Growth potential Work/life balance

      Upper Management laid back - site visits more entertaining than beneficial Some Upper Management completely unprofessional On-site Management issues overlooked Pick and choose who needs to adhere to company policy, favoritism Recognition not always given to employees who deserve it most
