Pros

Sometimes they allow you to bring your dog to work. Not always though because one of the managers hates dogs and if you work around him he'll make sure you know not to bring one again.

Cons

If I could give advice to anyone who is thinking of working for this company, it would be to ask the company or recruiter as many questions in detail before you start working - truly make them uncomfortable. Ask about the hours (which will be 11 hour workdays), ask about the commission structure (they'll say it will all be explained to you on your first day-which it isn't), ask about the perks and tell them to give you examples. Really do your homework before you take a job here. Environment: awful, everyone is miserable and they all do terrible jobs of hiding it. The managers pop Zanax like candy. They say "If you don't do drugs this job will make you do them." Some of the girls act like they're in high school, they actually used to call themselves "the mean girls." Truly disgusting behavior, making fun of peers and insulting how they look. HR is worthless, it's like talking to a wall. Commission structure: "uncapped commission" please ask how the percentages work. You'll see by the shady answers that they don't want to tell you that you're going to make no money on commission. The recruiters will flat out lie to you about everything because they have to sell this job to you. That's how they make money. This company has burned so many bridges in the industry, people will tell you they have a bad reputation. Don't be naive like I was, and if you're desperate intern until you find something else. Here you will get false promises about making 80K a year and how everything is sunshine and rainbows. The truth is working at Mondo is a big mistake, I wish I could take it back and work at McDonalds because at least there I would probably be more respected by my managers, and peers. I won't say all of the reviews are fake, most are. The good ones that aren't fake refer to the image they see of Mondo because they have been placed at a company they wanted to work (these people don't actually work at the Mondo offices). The bad reviews are sadly are true. You may wonder why they have such a high rating (4.5) and are "Inc. List of Fastest Growing Companies x 3 years Running." Simple, they make the employees write reviews as part of a "checkin" and then they make you send them the link of what you wrote. Please do your career a favor and don't work here.

Pros

free snacks in exchange for your soul...you know, if you're into that sorta thing

Cons

Let me start by saying working here was the worst experience of my life. If there was an option to pick an overall rating below Very Dissatisfied, I would have picked it. Do NOT be fooled by all the FAKE reviews on glassdoor. The people at Mondo are the same people from BLUEWOLF, they just took everyone from the staffing side and started calling themselves Mondo. If you want to read REAL reviews on this company check out the old reviews on Bluewolf (of course you'll have to weed through the BS of fake ones on that page as well, but it shouldn't be too hard - just look for the ones that sound like they weren't written by a trained baboon.) It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the majority of reviews on Mondo are fake. They reek of upper managements lackluster vocabulary and inability to form an original coherent thought. Take a handful of recent college graduates and mix them with a pack of bully managers and what do you get? Answer: A bunch of inexperienced kids who are asked (cough cough, forced) to write reviews on a company they just started working for. These "kids" know their reviews are going to be read by the same people asking them to write them, so what do they do? They write something that won't get them fired...for now. (Tip: An easy way to spot the fake reviews - look for phrases like "hit the ground running" "growth potential" "launch your career" "push the envelope" etc..these are some of managements favorite phrases) Bluewolf, excuse me, Mondo, doesn't care about its employees, consultants, or clients. The only thing they care about is $$$$$. They are just another run of the mill staffing firm that would probably sell your first born child if it meant closing a deal. Don't get me wrong, if you enjoy high-stress environments coupled with low morals, long hours, passive-aggressive attitude, verbal abuse, and a HIGH TURNOVER rate, than this is the place for you! If however, you have any form of common sense, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! PS - Everyone I know who has ever left Bluewolf...ugh, old habits are so hard to break!...I mean...Mondo...has been much happier somewhere else. Just look them up on LinkedIn and ask them for yourself, I'm sure they would be happy to tell you the TRUTH.
