Pros

The company is filled with hard working, young and motivated employees. Even a 20 word minimum is hard to fill because there's not much good to say about this company..

Cons

This company is built on absolute lies. You are nothing but a number once you enter the doors. During the interview process you're told that you will grow fast but all you do is hit a wall and management will be there to say it's your fault. You're always wrong at Mondo, know that before you enter the doors. There is no encouragement: when you do good you're told you were not good enough. They tell you in the interview that there is no turnover, but employees drop left and right.

Pros

Its a job so at least you're earning a base. Every job is a learning experience and you'll have a lot of "take aways" from this company (although they will be what not to look for)

Cons

work life balance (expect you to work nights and weekends), not emotionally sound (in my office, there was someone crying everyday), sneaky with their customers, it says unlimited time off but in reality it could mean one day a year or twenty days a year depending on what the manager wants, etc.

Pros

Opportunity to make a lot of money. If you have done everything you're told, someone will invest in you. Industry knowledge.

Cons

You are sold a dream when you enter as a Mondo employee. As I stated, one of the only pros to working at the company is you are given an opportunity to make a lot of money. That said - At what cost? Mondo has a way of swiftly pulling you in. Getting you 'bought into' what they're all about. They will harp on their core values (or rather choke you) with them but as time goes on something inside of you will start to feel adverse. You can be successful in the role however, in my reflections I think in order to do so you must be callused & relentlessly devoted. Your work surrounds you and then becomes you. As a recruiter it is of the utmost importance for you to have 'candidate control.' This basically means...if your candidate steps out of the box in any way shape or form or even worse...they don't accept your offer...you are annihilated. The list goes on and includes but is not limited to: public humiliation & various 1:1's with your leader making sure you understand what you've 'done wrong' Since leaving Mondo I have reflected a lot on the comparisons similar to a cult. Charismatic leaders, dangerous behaviors & unquestioning faith. As once a senior member of the company staff I apologize if I have ever made you feel any of the above. It is not something I take lightly.
