I'm honestly so physically and emotionally exhausted from working at Mondo that I can't even put my energy into this. All I can say is that this place is not normal. Think of the worst job you've ever had and trust that doesn't even touch the experience you'd have here. The micromanaging and daily abuse is like nothing any of us should ever endure. Consider yourself warned...

Cons far outweigh pros... managers are petty, gossipy, and favoritist with some people who don't deserve it. All the other 1 star reviews sum up what i can tell you.. if you don't read these other reviews don't be surprised when half of your office is gone. heck, it could be the entire office if it shuts down! this company is a Ponzi scheme company because they onboard a bunch of people and burn a bunch of people... they want you while youre ripe and starry eyed to make a few deals from you and then poof, you're gone.. this process is continual and hardly anyone i know who started with me is still there and its because they either found a better job or were cut. i would not recommend this company to anyone who takes their career seriously, the 1 star reviews speak volumes for the company
