Unlimited PTO. If you're willing to work like a crazy person you can advance but you'll deal with A LOT of pressure top down. You can make good money if you adhere to all of the

Cons

You must make this company your life. You're expected to show up early and stay very late. "This isn't a job, it's a lifestyle" is a quote used about the company. Opinions are listened to, not heard. Oh yeah there is unlimited PTO- well if you are not closing deals you better bet that you won't feel comfortable asking off.

Pros

My relationship with Mondo has been anything but tiring. They are very accommodating and work with you despite individual circumstances. They got me a very well paying position in my field of choice despite my most previous position working at a food service job. I am very pleased with my relationship with Mondo thus far.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything bad to say at the moment. My relationship is still somewhat fresh but no regrets thus far.
