Pros

This was the quickest recruiting experience I've ever had success with. There was a lot of time saved with Mondo matching my skills and requirements to a job that matched perfectly. The team communicated well and followed up often. They were very pleasant and seemed to genuine in celebrating me landing the job. This is a great template other recruiters should follow.

Pros

I submitted my resume and Mondo got back to me that same day. Things move very rapidly with Mondo, and within a week I was working for the client. The recruiter was polite and efficient. The Account Director drove many miles just to be at the client site to greet me. I was impressed with their dedication.

Cons

As I said, things move rapidly at Mondo, so if you want time to consider employment, or you expect things to move slowly, Mondo is not your go-to company. But for quick turnovers, Mondo is right on!

Commission is uncapped! You have nothing but opportunity to make as much money as you work for!

Cons

This is not a 9-5 job. You need to be accessible at all times, but the more work you put in the more results come, so its worth it in the end!
