      Pros

      I've been working at Mondo for 3 years and have really appreciated the growth opportunities within the company. I started out in one role, and when I realized I wanted to do more, the doors were wide open for me. Management has been supportive and confident in my abilities to get my job done and for me to be successful.

      Cons

      If you're not driven it might be hard to succeed and continue to grow. You have to be a go-getter if you want to shine and stay on top.

      Pros

      If you are competitive and can stand the emotionally high and lows then this is a great job for you. Your hard work will pay off and it will be noticed. They promote from within and give great rewards/bonuses! The culture here is amazing and one of a kind! I can say that I truly enjoy going to work.

      Cons

      It takes a little while to get ramped up... compensation wise and to get into the grove but once you do it is worth it.

      Just a few of the best things about working at Mondo: you get to work with industry-leading clients on interesting projects, there is tremendous opportunity for career growth, the people at Mondo are hard working and driven, and the company offers amazing benefits.

      Cons

      The company demands a lot from its people and sometimes it takes our new hires a minute to adjust and get up to speed.
