      I have been working at Mondo for over 4 years. In my 4 years I have experienced so much personal & career growth because Mondo has provided endless opportunities for me. I started in the traditional sales career path but then created my own career path and helped pioneer the sales operation team. I love working in an environment everyday where innovation and ideas are welcomed and appreciated!

      Cons

      Staffing is a tough industry but if you want to work in staffing and want to be rewarded for hard work, Mondo provides that exact environment.

      Pros

      Work hard and you'll be recognized. Surrounded by positive energy - Jobs can be stressful, and this one can definitely be intense, even stressful (People are so unpredictable ! There's a lot you can't control.) - But to be cheered on, high-fived, pumped up with good tunes, and be surrounded by others working as hard as you are. Every day I come in ready to make a difference and knowing that I can.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover because it does demand hard work - and the company does take risks on who they hire, so some do not make the cut. But office politics - there's very little. It's a transparent, straightforward place - full of opportunity to grow and make $$.

      Mondo is a great place to start your career - I've been working here for over a year, and i've been given a bunch of opportunities to progress and succeed in my career.

      Cons

      Sales is not for everyone, but if it's for you.. you'll have the opportunity to exceed personal expectations.
