Joining this company has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Cliché, sure, but still true. This place takes people with potential and gives them the tools they need to be incredibly successful. I was one of those people that never thought I would see myself in staffing, with constant cold calling and pushing to close deals every day. Yet, here I am a year later, loving every second of it. The managers and staff here were as supportive as possible, working one on one with me to pull out my best qualities and strengths to become the best recruiter I could be. The pushed me to overcome fears, develop new skills, and allowed me to realize that the only thing holding me back was being afraid of what I didn’t know. With unlimited earning potential and awesome career opportunities for those willing to ask, try, and learn, this is definitely a great place for people to make a name and money for themselves. If you're willing to ask for help, good things will come!

Staffing will always and forever be a tough industry to work in, but if you’re willing to put your head down and work through the tough times, the rewards will be great. They look for those that know how to work hard and are willing to do so, so if you know you’re not a dedicated person that wants to and is willing to hustle, this won’t be the place for you. You must be willing to listen and take advice, even if it isn’t what you want to hear.
