Pros

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Before Mondo, I was working with about six to eight IT recruiters from other firms and I had about four months of going on Interviews. When I got contacted by Mondo, I was immediately referred to an interview and I got my dream job right then and there. Overall I was very impressed with my recruiter and his connections. The communication was "spot on" and they were very helpful in providing all the necessary information to ensure that I had an edge for the interview. I'm happy with my work, my salary and my advancement opportunities. You guys get a A++

Cons

I have found no down-sides.

Pros

Fun people to hang out with outside of work

Cons

Management is extremely biased from candidates to current employees. No movement. Culture feels like your are in high school - suck up to management to get ahead.

Pros

-When you're doing well at your job, the perks are awesome. Money is great, free trips, the management loves you. -No dress code.

Cons

-This is a bogus company with absolutely no training (or good training, anyway). They hire a ton of people, and basically have a sink or swim attitude. They don't invest in their employees, and will fire someone tenured/loyal at the drop of a hat because they had two bad months (because of their lack of training), which I have seen happen. -Lack of professionalism. Swearing in the office, bad/obscene language on management calls... It disgusts me. Have some respect for yourselves as an office and a company and stop trying to be "cool". -Horrible vacation policy. They advertise a perk as "unlimited vacation" but NO (huge shoutout to the young professionals/recent grads who see this as amazing). They basically guilt you into not taking vacation, whereas when you have a job that gives you a certain amount of days, you have a sense of entitlement to taking those guilt free... Don't think I don't know what you're doing, Mondo... -No employee feedback. I never know if I am doing well or not. Will I, too, be fired at the drop of a hat? Don't worry, I am already applying for new jobs as we speak at work. :) -The fact that they shrug/look down upon the fact when potential candidates for account directors/recruiting went to prestigious universities, with VPs saying that those employees are going to have a sense of "entitlement", causing them to recruit from mediocre universities. Why would you want to work for a company that priorities recruiting the C student instead of the A student?!?! (Surely there are exceptions to this rule, but come on?!) -I do not feel like I am using my brain/any sense of academia here. Young professionals, don't be enticed by the perks. Get an entry level job at a legitimate company that will invest in YOU as an employee. Look at the tenure of employees here..
