A True, Inside Look at Working for Mondo
Pros
- Flex work life (work from home, generous/unlimited PTO, 2 weeks off for Christmas, holidays off that I hardly knew existed, etc.). - Great benefits. - Smart company, constantly innovating to stay ahead of competition. - High compensation potential. This includes a very competitive base salary, unlimited commission + generous commission structure, and large bonus potential. - Total transparency across the board. - Strong management team - very hands on, very smart, just as motivated to make money/close deals as you, and, again, total transparency with management. - A lot of growth potential/no set career path if you want to switch your focus. Even open to creating new positions for individuals who see a gap in the company and want to make a change. - If you're doing well, they take care of you and give you autonomy. If you're struggling, management truly does everything in their power to help you succeed. Cannot stress this enough, and probably one of the best parts about this company. - Yearly tropical vacation for those with tenure and/or hit their quota. - Sales side is constantly growing, giving recruiters more and more opportunity to close deals/make money. - Realistic quota expectations tailored to each individual. Realistic expectations out of employees. - Great culture. Teamwork across the board. Tight knit group but very welcoming to others. - Can get this job straight out of college or once you have experience. I, for example, came straight out of college... green as can be. Overwhelmed going into my first day because I knew nothing about technology/very little about the industry. After 1 day of training, truly felt at ease and knew I could find success. Almost 2 years later, I've grown so much as a professional and have found success in this company, just as one would if they had prior experience. - Flexible training program that's personalized for each individual. - The CEO comes in a few times a year just to visit, speak with each of us 1 on 1, and usually take us out to drinks. Truly knows each of us by name and is invested in each one of us. Amazing guy. - Getting a beautiful, brand new office this spring!
Cons
- Can be stressful when we get super busy.. however, can't really call this a "con" because the busier we are, the more deals we close/money we make... 'high class problem.'
