      Pros

      Its a job so at least you're earning a base. Every job is a learning experience and you'll have a lot of "take aways" from this company (although they will be what not to look for)

      Cons

      work life balance (expect you to work nights and weekends), not emotionally sound (in my office, there was someone crying everyday), sneaky with their customers, it says unlimited time off but in reality it could mean one day a year or twenty days a year depending on what the manager wants, etc.

      Great entry-level job for post-grads

      Pros

      Mondo was my first job right after college. I have been working as an Account Director for over a year, and it has been better than I ever thought. Mondo gives you all of the tools you need to succeed in your job, whether it's as an Account Director, working in sales, or a Technical Recruiter, doing candidate recruitment. Management guides and encourages you to succeed, which has been a huge motivational factor in my success at this company so far. I highly recommend working at Mondo!

      Cons

      The hours are pretty long, but the more work you put in, the more of a reward you get in the long run.

      Pros

      This was an overall very good experience. Mondo had contacted me often over the years but I was always already engaged. They quickly got me an interview and promptly hired. They have a great benefits package and pay quickly.

      Cons

      I took a pay cut for this job, but it was such a good experience that it ended up being ok
