      Young team, decent culture, it was a fun group of smart young people

      Cons

      One of the worst commission structures of any agency I've seen, they actually cut their payouts 2 years in a row. Management is still in high school, or they act like it, whether you have a job is very much based on favoritism. And you will definitely be threatened daily with losing your job if you don't close more deals, just another 'perk' of the job I guess. They also don't care that they're a churn n burn company, they just look to add more people to replace the 45% of their sales force that quits on a monthly bases (yea you read that right, almost 50% attrition. MONTHLY). Imagine seeing a whole new office every month, that's Mondo.

      Pros

      I've had a great experience with Mondo. Good feedback through the entire process and I feel like they were really "fighting" for me to get the right contract. Thanks Stephanie and Channing!

      There are no cons to speak of. Every contact at mondo has been helpful and pleasant to work worth! :)
