Pros

They say you have unlimited PTO, they said you'd get free manicures (more like $8 expensed, but whatever) Decent base salary, higher than area average for agency recruiting Energetic young environment There are a few top earners here. Basically, if you're under 30 and green, this company will hire you and work you to death under the guise of "earning your keep", "being committed", and "showing effort." Do not drink the koolaid.

Cons

Worked 50+ hrs per week on 40k salary, no overtime. I was told *by management* that I needed to do that. Rarely took a lunch break - if I did, my manager would email/text me and basically demand that I return Would get work emails at 6:30 AM and when I *got* to work, heaven forbid if I didn't respond prior Sales team was not bringing in decent business - in staffing, that is a death sentence for a recruiter. Management doesn't care if the sales team isn't bringing you anything to actually DO..must be the recruiter's fault Expected to be available 24/7 "since they pay your cell phone bill" - 0 downtime Saw others fired due to politics - then management wouldn't hire on replacements for them and expect you to pick up the slack If they DID hire on someone new, without fail, prior to that new individual starting, someone was getting fired. People constantly jump ship, but the company will not acknowledge what direction it's going in, only highlights success stories.

Pros

benefits (massages, manicures, unlimited time off, summer Fridays), young atmosphere (most people in their 20's), offices nationwide, fun days if you reach goal.

Cons

This company does not know how to keep employees, and they seem to be completely fine with that. Hirings and firings every day. If you are promoted to manager or lead you have been there for 2+ years you are immediately on the chopping block.

Pros

Mondo was my first career right out of college and I could not have had a better transition into the professional world. I was with Mondo for 3 years and I can confidently say that no matter what I do next, I will see success. I attribute this to the training and experience I received at Mondo. All new employees are given the same responsibilities as tenured folks, which cultivates an amazing work environment. Everyone contributes to team goals, while simultaneously experiencing individual financial and professional success. Business development, time management, and overall sales skills are the areas that employees get the most training for and are skills that are definitely key in being a top performer. Not only is the company growing like crazy, and seeing amazing industry recognition, the culture and benefits is unmatched by any other company. Employees have the work hard, play hard mentality. There are tropical president club trips for top performers, and every team not only works well together, but they choose to spend out of office hours together as well. Some of my best friends to date are from Mondo. I can truly say that Mondo has positively shaped my life and I wouldn't be where I am today without the mentorship and training I received while at Mondo. They put everything into their employees, and in return, employees put their blood, sweat and tears into Mondo. This combination creates an intense and rewarding environment that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to grow professionally and financially within a sales organization.

Cons

This company is not for the faint of heart. It is an intense work environment that is not meant for everyone. High intensity on hitting goals creates a stressful day to day, that is great for the adrenaline and money hungry junkies, but not for folks who need to have their hands held. There is also a lack of professional opportunities after a certain level. The company has recently hired an amazing woman to help with this issue, and I know that she will fix the lack of career paths within the company. This was ultimately the reason that I left, but I do not have a bad taste in my mouth, as I just grew out of the sales role and needed a new challenge.
