Pros
Coming from another staffing firm I wanted to make sure that I was not just obtaining a job at my next company, but a place where I could establish myself for the long haul. I never saw myself wanting to stay in staffing, but now that I am here at Mondo, I could not imagine being anywhere else. If you are willing to put in the hard work this company is here to reward you with endless possibilities for growth. I have a direct relationship with my manager and VP, both of whom I see as mentors and who I know I can count on to help me accomplish all of my goals. I actually enjoy coming to work every day and love that no two days are the same and every day comes with new possibilities for me to grow my career.
Cons
Staffing is a tough industry to be in. It has very high high, and very low lows. Staffing in general weeds out the weak and is very sales driven. However, if you can stand the heat, Mondo is the place to be.
