      Pros

      Mondo has been such a great experience! They really care about their employees, and allow you to use your skills wherever you think they best suit you! I have been with the company for a little less than a year, and have learned so much! I love that all of management is easily accessible, and there to really help you succeed! I love that I can come to work everyday, and look at it as a career, rather than just a job!

      Cons

      This company isn't for the faint of heart, no matter what your role! So if you aren't a hard worker, than look away!

      From the day one of my job search till the day i got a full time position they had an excellent follow up. As a consultant they had clear and quick response for every questions. And also offered me a full time job in no time . EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO WORK AND EASY PROCESS

      I am excited to work on a team with driven, intelligent, high energy and motivated individuals. Mondo’s success and growth gives you the opportunity to set goals that will help guide you through YOUR career path! Although I did not go through the ISAM Program it is the BEST training for college grads or entry level professionals to understand the importance of building strong business partnerships, collaborating with a team, and becoming a successful sales person.

      Cons

      Working in this industry isn’t for everyone. To succeed with a staffing agency you’ll need to be reliable and punctual to build up your reputation. You also need to be a quick learner, hard worker, and organized.
